A. Identity of the Data Controller
On 07.04.2016, the " Protection of Personal Data Law" numbered 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") was published and entered into force. KARAKAŞLAR YAPI SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. B. Legal Reasons and Methods for Collection of Personal Data
Personal data is collected electronically by the Data Controller in the capacity of data controller through the contact form on our website. According to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", your applications will be evaluated and finalized as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest if you submit your request, which includes your explanations regarding your right you request to use among the rights specified in Article 11 of Law No. 6698, by filling out the Application Form on our website according to the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller" and submit it to us directly by hand, by KEP, by mail or by your e-mail address already in our records as specified in the form.
